Shipping PolicyDeliveryOur obligation is to deliver the products at the delivery address you have supplied in your order to a person who appears to be over authorized to take delivery. For UK deliveries we use Business Post who provide a next working day delivery service (Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00am and 5.30pm) to most UK addresses (typically Highlands and Islands take 2 days longer). Delivery is not available on Sundays or Bank Holidays. While they do guarantee this service, we ask our customers to allow 48 hours from the dispatch date and to remember that a successful delivery depends on a recipient being able to sign for the parcel at the requested delivery address. Business Post cannot provide delivery times. Failure to deliver due to no one being available to receive the consignment at the requested address on two consecutive working days and or collected from the Business Post branch within five working days will result in the consignment being returned to the consignor and the consignee being liable for additional carriage and administration charges of £17.50. Working day AM and Saturday AM delivery upgrades are available at additional cost. Consignments can be tracked online by entering the tracking number in the appropriate field at www.business-post.com. Business Post will not act on the consignee’s authority with regard to redirection of a consignment to an alternative address, the upgrade of service criteria or the re-attempt of consignments beyond, that which they have been contracted. All such requests must be made through Calvadosonline Limited who will deduct the appropriate additional charge from your credit card. See table for additional carriage charges. Calvadosonline reserve the right to change the carrier without notice so as to maintain service levels. Calvadosonline Limited cannot be held responsible for incorrect delivery information provided by customers. If an address or post-code is wrong through no fault of our own and we have to redirect the parcel to an alternative address an additional £17.50 redirection fee will be charged to your credit card. Additional carriage charges will apply to all dispatches outside United Kingdom mainland. Additional carriage charge prices are quoted in GB pounds including VAT. We use Geo Post standard service for all dispatches to Countries outside United Kingdom (see current listings and tarrif on web-site) counties not listed are by special arrangement only, partner carriers are used and delivery rates and times may vary contact us at offshoresales@calvadosonline.co.uk to discuss your requirements. It is your responsibility to check with your countries custom and import regulations and to comply and pay these duties. We reserve the right to make alterations to post and packing charges but will not implement new charges without informing you first. Additional Delivery charges including VAT. Non DeliveryYou most give us full details of shortages or non-delivery within 10 days from the date of dispatch at customerservices@calvadosonline.co.uk or in writing (see contact details) to make a claim for missing goods otherwise claims for missing goods cannot be guaranteed. Calvadosonline Limited does not except responsibility for late or non-delivered goods arising from incorrect delivery information being provided. Risk and PropertyThe property in all goods delivered by the seller shall remain the property of the seller until the seller has received in cash or cleared fund payment in full for such goods, but the risk in such goods shall pass to the buyer upon delivery. |
