So special and so rare that few will be privileged enough to taste this unique Calvados. After distillation this calvados was aged in small oak and chestnut casks giving it its very dark mahogany brown colour and so much wood in the taste, along with fennel and liquorice. The nose is intense elegant and concentrated with an under current of honey, wax and plum.
