Deep amber in colour with fine bronze highlights this calvados has an attractive fruity bouquet reminiscent of pear, apple, cooked fruit and a hint of vanilla. Well balanced, very smooth and perfectly structured the fruit and vanilla persist until the delicately wooded dry long final taste. Perfect company a symphony of conversation upon ones senses.
